Return Policy
Kanwa Minerals accepts returned products under the following conditions:
Defective Products/Bottle Leakage
- Unsatisfied with product – must have at least 90% remaining
- You can return defective products for a full refund
30 Day Guarantee
- If the product being returned has been used or opened, please contact us with your order information and state the reason for your return.
- The customer must cover the cost of returns that are not the result of error by Kanwa Minerals.
- We will try to accommodate all return requests, but we reserve the right to deny returns on already used or opened products.
